Definitions

• "Blueprint Bricks," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Blueprint Bricks, a trade name of Henry's Custom Home Models, LLC.

• "Model," and "set" means any custom brick-built design, structure, or product created by Blueprint Bricks.

• "Client," "you," and "your" refer to the individual or entity commissioning or purchasing a Model.

Ownership

Blueprint Bricks is owned and operated by Henry's Custom Home Models, LLC, registered in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

 

Intellectual Property

All Models, designs, photographs, and instructional materials published on this site are the original work of Blueprint Bricks and are protected under applicable copyright law. The Blueprint Bricks name and logo are proprietary marks of Blueprint Bricks. No photograph, design file, instructional material, or other content published on this site may be copied, reproduced, redistributed, or used commercially without prior written consent. Models are custom-designed for individual clients and are not licensed for public reproduction.

LEGO® is a trademark of the LEGO Group of companies which does not sponsor, authorize or endorse this site. What this means: LEGO does not own or operate Blueprint Bricks in any way.

 

Terms & Conditions

Ordering & Payment

Work on a commissioned Model begins only once payment terms have been satisfied per the agreed schedule. Invoices are due within seven (7) days of issuance. Unpaid invoices will prompt direct outreach; if payment remains outstanding after repeated attempts, the order may be cancelled.

 

Cancellations

Once design work has begun, cancellations are granted at Blueprint Bricks' discretion and are not guaranteed. Refunds, where issued, are evaluated case by case. Blueprint Bricks reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason, in which case amounts paid toward undelivered work are typically refunded.

Returns & Refunds

Custom commissions, being made to order, are not eligible for return. Predesigned, ready-to-build products may be returned only if unopened; the client is responsible for return postage, and a refund is issued upon receipt.

 

Missing or Damaged Pieces

Missing pieces occasionally occur given the hand-built, custom nature of each Model. Clients should contact us directly, and any missing pieces will be shipped at no additional cost.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to These Terms

Blueprint Bricks may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of this site or engagement of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
